Job Summary:

This position will serve as the primary point of contact for all internal and external communications, manage incoming calls, and welcome visitors, including Board members and stakeholders. Responsibilities include scheduling appointments, maintaining registers, handling correspondence, organizing meetings, supervising support staff, and managing inventory. The role demands strong organizational and communication skills, proficiency in MS Office and Bangla typing, and a professional demeanor. This is a full-time position based in Dhaka, offering a dynamic work environment in line with company policy.

Job Description / Responsibility:

  • Handle all incoming calls and serve as the main point of contact for internal and external communications.
  • Managing the Officer Administration task including internal and external parties.
  • Welcome and assist visitors, including Board members and stakeholders, and direct them appropriately.
  • Schedule appointments for MD, DMD, and senior officials.
  • Maintain and update visitor logs, employee in/out records, and correspondence registers.
  • Draft official letters for communication with regulatory bodies (e.g., BB, BSEC, RJSC).
  • Manage incoming and outgoing letters/documents efficiently.
  • Report to the Head of Admin, Head of Operations, or DMD as needed.
  • Arrange meetings and refreshments, ensuring smooth coordination.
  • Supervise support staff and ensure office cleanliness.
  • Prepare support staff overtime reports for HR.
  • Manage stationery and office supply inventory, procurement, and payments.
  • Maintain inventory of office equipment and gift items.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by management.

Education & Experience:

  • Minimum graduate from any reputed University with no 3rd Class division/CGPA

Additional Skill Requirements:

  •  Minimum 2 - 3 years’ experience as Front Desk Officer/Admin department
  • Sound command over MS Word, MS Excel and Bangla typing
  • Age must not exceed 35 years at the time of application
  • Sound Interpersonal and communications skills
