Job Summary:
- The incumbent will be responsible for achieving monthly deposit target for the growth of deposit portfolio of SFIL Finance PLC.
Job Description / Responsibility:
- Achieve deposit mobilization target assigned by the Management
- For deposit mobilization need to identify potential clients such as professionals, business offices, government agencies, and non-governmental organizations for future deposit growth
- Promoting various deposit products and services towards the potential customer
- Maintain strong relationships with all new and existing customers to ensure smooth and prompt service
- Ensure superior customer service to all new and existing customers
- Cross selling of other retail asset products like home loan and auto loan
Education & Experience:
- Minimum graduate from any reputed University with no 3rd Class division/CGPA
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in deposit mobilization/liability sales in reputed Banks or FI’s in relevant position (applicant with Priority banking experiences will get preference)
- Computer literacy
- Sound Interpersonal and communications skills
